Hi All, we are confirmed to exhibit
during the month of June. I'm delighted to see that we have had a
great deal of interest and will have 12 exhibitors.
Due to limited space, Each person should
plan on 2 images.
If you will advise me the frame
width of your images, I can more accurately
determine linear wall requirements and spacing. From that we
determine if we have room for any additional images.
Plan to have your images framed and with
wire hanging capability.
Sizing Guidelines
I would suggest no images smaller than
8x10 and no frame widths smaller than 11 inches
Since this room is relatively small, I
would suggest a max frame width of 30
inches.
If these dimension guidelines create an
unsolvable problem for you, please let me know as quickly as
possible.
Subject Matter
The Art Director of Exploration Place is
suggesting different themes for each of the 4 walls. Therefore I
would like to know from each of you, which of the following themes
you could satisfy.
Black and White ( any family rated
subject matter)
Landscapes Color
People Color
Animals Color
Architecture Color
Timing
Plan to be ready to deliver your images
to Exploration Place one by May 26th.
Hanging
The Art director of exploration place
wishes to personally hang the exhibit

are unable to,please let me know ASAP so we can make proper changes
to spacing needs.
